NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the Acoustic Neuroma Association of Canada will be held on Saturday, the 18th day of October, 2014, at 5:00 pm EST (time may be subject to change to coincide with Symposium Program Agenda) at the Toronto Western Hospital, Lecture Hall located at 399 Bathurst St., Toronto, Ontario.
All members in good standing are invited participate at the Annual General Meeting. Please RSVP to the National Office by Friday October 10, 2014. Once your attendance is confirmed, you will receive a detailed Annual General Meeting Package.
Members unable to attend in person may complete the attached proxy form and return to the National Office by mail or email no later than Friday October 10, 2014.
